Setting Up The Sale

We bring everything needed to make the Estate Sale a success. The tables for each and every room. Pin up lights to enhance the tables. The marking supplies to ticket every item. The knowledge to know what the fair market price of an item should be. The table cloths and cleaning supplies to make it look professional. The man power to make it all come together. Beyond that there is the Advertising. The vehicle that brings in the sales. Every item is a potential magnet and must be used to entice the customers. Writing the ad is a professional matter and we have been very successful with ours. We also use signs in the neighborhood to bring in that group of potential customers, along with drive by traffic.

When all is said and done

As stated before we do a final cleanup of the property so it is completely ready for sale or rental. All items left are packed and at your option given to charity or returned to you. Remember this is still your property and our service follows your wishes.

We Give you payment and an itemized statement of all items sold over the amount of $25.00 within 30 days of close of sale. Pictures and charity receipts are also given to you at that time.
