Your Estate Sale

The most important decision you need to make for your estate sale is what will and what won’t be sold. Once you determine that, you can leave the rest to us. We do the sorting, cleaning, displaying and pricing of all merchandise. We also do a general cleanup of the entire household. Once the sale is complete, another general cleaning is done to ready the property for sale or rental.

The sorting of items to be sold is best left to us as our experience allows us to determine what is sellable and what is not. We sell almost anything that is sellable including furniture, household items, antiques, collectibles, clothing, tools, basement and garage items, appliances, cars, boats, and more. We also are professional appraisers and do coin appraisal, stamp appraisal, jewelry appraisal, art appraisal, and precious metals. Our track record is 85 to 90 percent liquidation of all items in our estate sales. We know we can do the best job for you.

We have the manpower to make it all come together logistically and the experience to advertise it successfully. Every item is a potential magnet and must be used to entice the customers. Writing the ad in a way that entices traffic is a critical part of the estate sale process. We use neighborhood signage to bring in a steady flow of traffic.

Our goal is to take the burden off you. All facets surrounding your estate sale are handled in a very professional manner. Our uniformed and easily identifiable staff is here to serve your every need.

As stated before, we do a final cleanup of the property so it is completely ready for sale or rental. All remaining items are packed and, at your discretion, are either given to charity or returned to you. Remember, this is still your property and you are still our customer. We will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
